How does the first appointment / session work?

During your 1st consultation, your physiotherapist will carry out an assessment based on your doctor’s diagnosis:

  • Questionnaire – anamnesis
  • Assessment – specific tests
  • Assessment of symptoms and pain
  • Therapeutic goals

Things to bring:

  • Medical prescription
  • Your insurance card
  • For LAA/UVG cases; accident declaration with claim number
  • X-ray examinations or any other complementary tests
  • Comfortable clothing that lets you move as part of active physiotherapy

Length of first appointment: minimum 45 minutes
