We attach great importance to the ongoing training of our physiotherapists. We identify the strengths and needs of each employee. Our training committee supports them in their professional development, ensures in-house training at each of our centers and organizes annual training sessions.
Poles of expertise bring together physiotherapists from several centers to develop their expertise in a particular field. They will have privileged contact with one or more medical specialists. They will be responsible for keeping a scientific watch on their subject, and will be expected to continue their training in this area. They may initiate projects such as the drafting of guidelines/protocols or clinical trials, and will provide support to their colleagues in tricky cases. The referents for each area of expertise make up the firm’s Scientific Committee, which meets six times a year. Its aim is to guide our efforts in terms of skills development and to enhance the value of our work in the eyes of prescribers and patients alike.
All newcomers benefit from a mentoring program with an experienced physiotherapist. This mentoring enables the physiotherapists to work together on clinical case studies and the effectiveness of treatments to be offered to the patient.

As a coordinator, you will be the privileged contact person who ensures warm initial contact with our patients, leaving a lasting positive impression. You’ll be responsible for coordinating appointments, keeping files and diaries up to date, and following up billing. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain effective coordination will be essential to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.
