Working on balance is fundamental to preventing falls and improving stability in everyday life. Our balance classes at Physiothérapie La Colline use a variety of exercises that mobilize the body’s core, engage stabilizing muscles and strengthen proprioception. These sessions are particularly suited to the elderly, people undergoing rehabilitation, or athletes wishing to refine their postural control. The aim is to build confidence in everyday movements through safe, progressive practice.
